Here is where you submit your info to dda to begin your training
Thank you for your interest in Daniel Dupont Acting. This form is completed and sent in by everyone before any appointments, phone calls, or reservations for classes can be made. This information will be used internally only as a baseline assessment so that DDA can put together a coaching plan with your specific personal considerations. Think of this as an interview to get to know you and see your training, work history, goals, and experience.
Before you begin we suggest that you have your headshot and resume ready on your computer, and in one of the accepted formats (see below) so you don't have to stop and do that later. The formats are listed below.
RESUME – Send us the one you are using currently. If you do not have a resume, check out the Resume Example link below. Follow that format and replace the data with your own.Do your best to be accurate, but please do not add things to look experienced. When finished please make sure you save it in one of the accepted file types listed.

HEADSHOT – Send us the one you are currently using theatrically.If you do not have a headshot, just have someone, or yourself, take a picture of you from your phone.It should be current and in one of these formats
